Normal : Instantly refill manual boost bar, and generate manual boost over a long period of time Charged : Become invincible, and make opponents you touch invincible. Every 5 opponents buffed this way, causes you to gain a massive speed boost Fix-It Felix naturally raises the common skills [[Cloak]] and [[Rush]]. Prioritize raising [[Shot]] with Crew Skill Bonuses. I don't usually care about the Hack skill, so I won't prioritize raising [[Hack]]. Depending on your star level, you may decide to change up some crew to fit your current needs.
